i have various isas in different banks, can i bring them altogether in one bank.
they are all cash isas taken out in different years

Yes you can switch them anywhere you like. Just get a transfer from from the bank where you want to switch them to.
Check first that there isn't a financial penalty for transferring as some institutions do have an exit penalty. Banks don't necessarily offer the best rates and some building societies offer better deals. Kent Reliance doesn't have any penalties and consistently figures in the Most Consistent tables and they will provide transfer forms which if you complete, they will send off to the relevant providers.
