Help with Paint

I found a picture the other day with say maybe 5 pictures and there all sort of added together. I tried a certain image and clicked draw opaque but that doesn't work as it does with text. What i am trying to get at is...

This is just a random picture i found on photobucket and it is what i am trying to get! Anyone know any software that lets you do this or just instructions?!

Good job you added that photo in there, now I know what you mean :P

You need a program such as Photoshop, it's hard to expain without example, but it's to do with layer masking and things. Sorry I can't think of a program that does it simply, although I'm sure there is one....
