Having given a notice of intention to commence forfeiture proceedings the tenant, he has yet again failed to pay for the rent for the lease and therefore i want to commence forfeiture proceedings. how would i go about this, what appliations do i have to sumbit, i fik it is a section 21 notice... plz help

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.its not a short hold tenancy or an assured short hold tenancy(dont worry i did housing law)....its a commerical property that is leased out...and within the lease, in the proviso there is a forfeiture clause,that states the right to re enter and get possesion of the property. despite giving so many notices to the tenant,he has failed to provide the rent money and is in arrears. im looking at the court website and looking for a form, i have found a 'claim form for possession of property' is this the correct one. please can you shed some light ...thank you
