I think you must mean County Donegal, which is geographically right in the north (it adjoins County Tyrone, I believe), although it's a part of the Republic.

I think you're looking for the Irish embassy building in Belfast if not don't know and i've been to all points of the little island.

Sorry Tartanwizard, Cavan is in the Republic, Armagh is in the North. Fermanagh, Armagh, Tyrone, (London)Derry, Antrim and Down constitute UK section of Northern Ireland.
If you look at the map of Ireland Donegal does seem to be isolated from the rest of the Republic but it is part of it.
All of it should be!!
