Agreed - you need to be very honest with your counsellor, no matter how awful you feel voicing your worries.
Have you been taking the a/ds long enough for them to be working? Or so long they are no longer effective and you need a change?
This may not be the best advice, but give yourself a week off from expecting to feel better. Accept that this is you for the time being and allow yourself to be this way without feeling guilty or kicking yourself.
In a week, make appointments to see your GP and your counsellor. And be honest.
