Have there been any reports of out breaks in Hertfordshire during the past ten years?

During the 2001 outbreak there were cases reported in East Hertfordshire. I don't know whether they were confirmed, at the time farms were categorised and I was living on a grade B farm at the time. It looks like the data I have seen suggests the areas listed were those with confirmed cases.
