"Pairing" my new TV with my Sky+ remote

I've just bought a new TV and I want to continue using my Sky+ remote to operate both my Sky and my TV.

How to I "pair" the remote with my new TV?

You got a book with your Sky+ box.

In the back of the book it tells you how to do it.

You don't need the book at all just haev a quick look on the internet or phone sky fro help. I have found this site that will probably help:

I prefer to have a s little contact with Sky as possible due to their continued incompetence, not doing what they say they will do, messing things up, etc!
