For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Chillis freeze very well, and are more easily chopped frozen. I have in my freezer a bag each of Jamaican Hot Chocolate, Fatali (both ferociously hot), Scotch Bonnet, and green birdseye.
I would guess that if anything freezing by disrupting the cell structure would enhance the heat. Certainly cooked curries seem hotter from the freezer than freshly cooked ones.
