Dead Arm

I woke up with a dead arm on Sunday night, i have fone this before but this time it was dead from the shoulder down and took around 5 mins to get the feeling back in it.

And since then its been hurting and ive woke up today with pins and needles in it. I went on a bit of a drinks bender this weekend and wondered if this had anything to do with it?

i have this sometimes too and someone told me it was definately the booze...dont know what it means in medical terms though...i mean whats the connection!! is there a doctor in the house????

Homer - it may be your pillows! If your pillows are the wrong height it can cause you to trap a nerve in your neck, which causes your arm to go dead or get pins and needles. I suffer from this periodically, I've just bought new pillows and the problem has stopped.

maybe, ive gone from 2 pillows to 1..it may be this.
