The flow from my hot water tap in the wash hand basin in my bathroom is very weak, although both the hot water taps in the bath and in the kitchen are okay. Cause and remedy please?

This is only guessoligy but I did have a simular problem ,the fault was a worn tap washer sticking in the faucet outlet ie the washer became soft,suggest check the tap washer.
