How do I freeze Chillis

Easy. Put them in a plastic bag or wrap them in cling film and put it in the freezer.
Allow about one hour to defrost.
They don't loose their heat.

What about the seeds, I have been told they can go bad in the freezer ?
I did try this with Scotch Bonnets and they did go pretty yukky inside. Think it was something to do with air, but could have been any manner of things. Perhaps if someone knows why this happens (BBWCHATT?) you could avoid it.
When i do it, i chop them up, remove the seeds and place them in an old yoghurt container in the freezer

Then use a spoonful for a portion in a recipe
I don't bother defrosting them - just run them under the tap.
Don't bother defrosting them at all. They slice easily when still frozen, then just chuck them into your chilli con carne, or whatever.
I do as Chazza does but I freeze them on a plate, then scrape the frozen bits into a pot, that way it is 'free flow' when you need it. Do the same with ginger too.
