"Are Friend Electric" has been covered by Moloko and there is a weird version of it too but I dont know by who. He dueted it with some 90s girl band maybe Elastica/Republica/ dont think it was Garbage.

Saint Etienne ( the ones that did Hes on the phone) did Stormtroope in Drag which has just made me remember there is a Gary Numan tribute album which I am gonna go and have a looksy for.

When Carling Premier was launched (that creamy lager.... yeuchh) Mr Numan himself re-released Cars. Not much different to the original, but had a different intro.

Other than that, GS has this one sewn up I think.
