My friend is so gullible and soft. How can I show him that other people are taking advantage of him? For instance his ex she takes him for a ride. Sorry if my question is rather vague.

well since you have identified your question is rather vague, maybe youd like to give more info,
You cant and it shouldnt be your business to, your friend will have to learn for themselves
your wimple needs adjusting 4 get,
I have a friend like this, I just leave him to it, if he needs anything then just be there, there's nothing you can do really!

He drives her everywhere. He was very ill the other day and he still had to take her somewhere. I cant help it though 4get, I dont want him to be treated like this.
done it crete. Bad habit of mine I'm afraid :-)
you may not, but you might see alot of things different from him. My best friend is the most gullible person I know, when she was younger people did pick on her, all you can do is hint by saying I dont know how you can let them treat you like that. My mate got alot stronger as she grew older but she's still gullible but thats what makes her the special sweet person she is. Some people may look at you and think you're being a bit controlling for telling him what he should be like.

Good point 4get.
really, you are relying on him being gullible to accept what YOU want him to do
He does all that for his ex?
He's an adult and could easily have said no if he wanted to, truth is he's putting himself in that position of being walked over by other people.
There's really not much you can do, he'll just have to learn from experience.
yer I dont know why he's doing it for an ex, I've just re-read that bit, but still if he wants to do it he'll do it. he'll soon realise when she gets someone else to drive her about and that will make him tougher

Thanks, il leave him to it.
cool :-)
