we have a router from orange,btu we cant connect through the wireless settings.my computer cant receive any files. it has a strong signal strength but limited or no connectivity, is there a seeting thats stopping my wireless from working

Can't download from internet.

It is usually the firewall. Try disabling it temporarily to see if that is causing the problem.
