Does any one know some good exersise rourines that dont require anr equipment except small waights.

Drink halves instead of pints.
Aerobics, Pilates, circuit training,yoga,skipping ,sparring and then you rest for ten minutes and start again
Dancing is really good and it's fun too.
Running is great as long as you keep good form and know your body's limits, as well as walking if you're too lazy to run like me. Both must be done atleast 20 minutes at an even pace. Then there's always swimming...
There's a really good programme called 8 Minutes by Jorge Cruise that promises to help you tone and lose weight win 8 minutes a day. No equipment but small weights required. Have a look on Amazon!
