not so much a list but I can tell you what has helped me to lose a bit of weight and get some fruit into my diet as well. I started last year during the summer having a smoothie breakfast. I used one scoop of strawb slimfast in some skimmed milk, and whizzed it up with a banana, some strawberries or whatever fruit I had to hand. It filled me up all morning and when I had another slimfast drink at lunchtime with some more fruit, and a sensible dinner at night I lost over a stone in about two months for my hols. Normally, I couldn't survive on a slimfast shake on its own, but but bulking up with fruit was great. Good Luck x
