Hi

I'm getting either halibut, monkfish or turbot steaks for a meal tommorrow night, fancy a recipe for a nice mustard sauce with it.......Anyone got a good recipe..?

sauce gribiche- put dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, garlic, capers, hard boiled egg & seasoning in a food processor blitz a bit then add olive oil as for mayonnaise great with white fish.
