Insurance for a taxi?

Hi does anyone have any recommendations for taxi insurance, my friend is just starting to set up his own business & has no access to the net so I said I'd ask all the helpful people on here.

Simply ask a few taxi drivers if it is for a personal taxi, see which they use.
