Do cats really like chew sticks?
If you have a Wilkinson's near you, and your cat doesn't have any special dietary requirements, then their pet treats etc are great and very reasonably priced.

The only reason I don't buy my dog's treats from there any more is because he is gluten intolerant-he loved their range of own brand chews etc!

I remember putting a post on here last year about those strips from Aldi as I have 2 fussy cats and they loved them. Haven't seen them for ages in Aldi, but I have found another treat they both like called Natures:Menu, salmon & trout mini treats in a little blue bag and I got them in Pets at Home. Maybe your cat would swap to these too, worth a try !
