last week or something i accedentally changed a setting on my PC to hold something and keep dragging around, but its limiting what I can do and I dont know how to fix it. becuase when i draw on paint it holds one thing and its annoying when you have to press on it.

if anyone knows how to fix it, that would be good

Try system restore to restore your comp settings to a previouse date b4 you changed them
