How bad is London water? I drink from the tap, I know the water is hard water that causes limescale on certain appliances, is it bad for your health?

Hard water in the london area is supposed to be better for you in that it contains trace elements that help protect your heart against disease.

Its better for your body than soft water, as that doesnt have the same essential nutrients but knackers your kettle up at an alarming speed.

However, it is said to be rumoured that in central london espcially, a glass of tap water has been thru 7 people before it gets to you!
