how do i know if my cat is pregnant?

she has put weight on and her nipples appear to be swollen as i have never had a female cat before i dont know if she is just maturing or if she could be pregnant. she has also gone from eating 2 pouches of food a day to 4. would appreciate any tips or advice on what to do for her if it appears that she is thanks.

If she is not spayed and she goes outdoors then she will almost certainly be pregnant.

Try taking her to the vet, they will answer your question better than anyone on here could.

If you are lucky and she is not pregnant then seriously consider getting her spayed for her sake.
