It is nice to see that that mad dog Gaddafi is really just a poodle after all. Why else would the former appeaser, funder and apologist for terrorists be signing a deal for the US to build a Nuclear plant in Libya?

it's true that he provided funds for the IRA for some time... but then, their major source of income was sentimental Irish Americans. My guess is that he has discovered that he too is Irish, one of the O'Gadaffis, and this has been announced in time for St Patrick's Day, so he can hit the Guinness. I remember reading that the Libyans are Celts by origin and the Gaddafi is the equivalent of the welsh name Dafydd (David).

Not been able to verify that though.
