I am suer you will make lots of friends on the Answer Bank they seem a fun loving bunch i am still new to the A.B. and sometimes i feel a bit shy and not suer if i would get any replies to my questions but i have and these guys seem nice you see i am a bad speller and this is the first time i have ever used a computer so everything is new to me but like i said you will fined some nice people on the A.B. i wish you well love megan07 PS my dog has just turned one so it is a bit to early to tell

I agree with Megan07 I think you will find them a nice bunch on here ,Iv two dogs and two cats but if animals or nature is not your scene you can go on any of the other sites perhaps body and soul you might enjoy anyway nice to have you mrknowall

Your post has made me feel very sad. Maybe if you get yourself some animals, you will find some friends too. Think about it, if you take a nice friendly dog for a walk, other friendly dog owners will chat to you, even if you get a goldfish you will make friends down the local pet shop when you go for your fish food. They will be more than happy to chat fish, especially if you go to one of the specialist fish outlets.

I have Giant African Land Snails, and you would not believe what a great topic of conversation these make at the bus stop. And as for parties, well I'm the hostess with the mostess!

So don't be a loner, get yourself a pet, you won't know till you try.

I have stick insects and a similar figure (which I'm sure would be great if I were a girl). As to friends, hey you just made four in no time at all. I also have rats and terantulas and people talk to me all the time, though I usualy have to corner them first.

Oh Bless ..don't be sad ..lots of nice people on here .We do fall out from time to time and disagree and argue just like in the real world but if you have a problem or want to know something there is always someone here to help you .In the meantime you can make friends with my old pooch Shaney

You will meet people on here mrknowall. Some times the debates get well firey! I am sure in no time you will be chatting away!

I have a dog LOL hope that she doesnt reflect me!! She is a huskie she does her own thing sleeps all day and then wants fed and walked! maybe she does reflect me!

Sorry you feel you've no friends mrknowall but you'll soon make some on here. Also if your circumstances allow it try getting a dog, its amazing how quickly you get to know other dog owners and how friendly most of them are. There are lots of rescue centres where you can get a dog quite cheaply, often elderly dogs that are already trained and after a while you will find you've always got at least one friend
