which is best? I have a dyson dc04 and for what i need it it's rubbish! I only really need to do my stairs but i have to go over them twice, second time holding the whole thing upright! knackering! It doesn't get cat hairs up either so those are done by hand. I have heard Henry is better? I thought i'd ask around before paying out more money!
I get animal hairs off my stairs by using a rubber glove (on my hand) or a damp cloth, its tedious and time consuming but extremely effective, better than heaving a thundering heavy dyson about.
It's possible to buy a mini turbo brush attachment for stairs & upholstery. At approx 25 they're not cheap but a lot less than buying a new vac. Here's one site I've found but there are several others...www.vacuumcleanerspares.co.uk
I have a Dyson Animal & 10 cats. It has a turbo brush & works quite well at picking up cat hairs.
I also have a little Dirt Devil Turbo brush the cost about 23 from Argos. Its light & handy and works just as well as the Dyson.
I've had a Henry cleaner for about 6 months and it's brilliant for stairs, even my horrible, very 'static' carpet. The best one I've ever used. I decided to buy one after reading all the great reviews on http://www.dooyoo.com.
Get your self any make of vac, preferably a a cylinder type .
Dyson, I wouldn`t have one given me. There are more Dysons on the scap heap than any other.
