Some idea of the level would be good

Answer: covalent bonds share electrons so the electrical charges are NOT as great as in ionic

but clearly the pear shaped covalent bond will have some smearing....do you do calculus ? some people write d+ and d- (those are deltas) above the bond

so the hierarchy is
ionic
polarised covalent
covalent
wan der waals

hope this helps - you've got a much more interesting q further down....
