my computers playing me up!

sounds like its not recognising the cd drives. what OS are you using?

OS means "Operating System" Windows 98, Windows xp.

Sound like a virus to me but it could be the actual drive is ******** .
WHat type of drive is it CD drive CD-RW , DVD?

because something like that happened to me a while back, what the pc man suggested is reinstalling windows, if that doesn't work well ill ba damned

im on windows xp, cant reinstall xp cos it isn't reading any disks. i have a cd disk drive.

no, if you go to windows folder theres something called unwise thats how u uninstall it, if it works then great, if not hmmmm then i dont know what to try, have u recently downloaded anything?

no i havent its been playing up for a while, loadin disks when it felt like it. but now nothin, but i will try what u suggested ta
