pest capture 3.2was removed from my computer as an unwanted program from the internet. but now when i log on a popup screen comes up and i have problems with the computer locking out so i have to turn it off. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Have you used any anti-spyware programs to try and remove it? If you have just deleted it from Add/Remove programs or some where else, it could have left bits of the 'pest' in your computer or buried in the registry.

It might be a good idea to download and run both of these -
