will my young vegatable planats come back if damaged by frost

Without actually seeing them it's hard to tell... but if they droop, have discoloration on the leaves and don't rebound in a day or two of warm weather it's not likely they will survive. If they do they will be slow in growing and the chances of them producing appreciable produce is not good. This early in the season, you'd be better off replacing them, but give them at least a few days of sunshine to see what happens...

try covering them with bubble wrap for the next few nights - Ive had to wrap my fruit bushes up in fear of them dying with the snow and frost forcast for the next few nights. Good Luck!
