Elbows unless you have really dry flaky skin then it would crack which would hurt! other than that the bit of skin between the thumb and the index finger, if you really seperate them and pinch that bit of skin it doesn't hurt at all!

It depends if you are talking about sensitivity to touch or to pain - which are you looking for?

depends, people are different, ticklish parts or people who have sensitive skin. Dont think it can be answered.
