look in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. is there a little icon that looks like a printer? if there is then open it and go file (i think) and cancel print jobs or right click on the job/s and click cancel. if not i don't no

You probably need to wipe it's memory, always a reliable trick for me, unplug it and start again.
