ive been ill for some time , ive just been reduced to tears trying to get a human being to talk to rather than an answering machine 1 hour 15 mins on the phone. the eventual answer "its what the government request " is this good service ?
Hiya Crete, chin up girl
Is there one of those patient support thingies you can turn to? I think they sometimes like to get their teeth into difficult problems and it would give someone a great feeling if they could help you, i ama strong believer in not taking no for an answer and i am very strong willed (bet you'd never noticed that about me lol) it might be tough, but persistence pays.
i am not a great chatterer and very down to earth but I am practical, online if you need support: [email protected]
Hiya Crete love, I hate to hear you so unwell and so unhappy. If there is anything I can do, please just email me or contact me on msn messenger at [email protected]. As you know I have been through the mill a fair bit myself over the years and used to counsel patients and their families. I'm not on the AB a lot at the mo, but am more than happy to help in any way I can. Big hug, take care XXX
crete, I am sorry to hear of your trails and tribulations.I consider Automated systems aaagh - Room 101 !
Joking aside, take a break and resume when you feel up to it and make the most of all the excellent info on here tonight. Silence when prompted to press buttons has always worked for me.
If you need someone to help you along, trust in carakeel - she is a gem.
I sincerely hope that things improve for you - and soon.

I used to work on the end of one of those automated machines and they are annoying, especially when you know the operators are just sat having a chat! and not answering the phones! You have started me ranting now!LOL! when i ring them i try to also confuse them so that they put me straight through. Dont let it get you down though, its not worth it. We like chatting to you here!
Hope you feel better soon. Melons. xx
