Think it's a French song called "J'traine les pieds" bu Olivia Ruiz from 2006 - part used in the ad is the instrumental break

I just downloaded it & it's very similar but not the same music.

I wrote to toblerone to ask them as i was frustrated with not knowing and they replied saying that it was a specially commissioned piece of music and therefore not available on general release, which is a great shame!
