I'm trying to shape up in time for the summer,but my down fall is snaking in between meals on crisps and chocolate etc. Does anyone know of any healthy low snacks I could have instead?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I take in to work some carrot, cucumber etc what ever you like - chop them into to sticks and then I buy low fat dips. The type of dip selection you get for parties but you can get low fat 'good for you' ones now.
Maybe take fruit in to work - try a different type of fruit each day.
If you have a sweet tooth get some suger free sweets, I just got some old childhood favourites online like cough candy twists but they have many others, the boiled type sweets take longer to eat, so you eat less.
They made healthy pop in you microwave popcorn now I assume it has 'low salt' or sweetener in it.
Drink, brush your teeth or chew gum when your hungry.
..or just have either a fat photo of you, or a sexy pic of what you want to look like where you can see it, maybe on the fridge.

you could try eating high protein snacks as in the "Atkins" type diet.I found this diet to work really well as I could eat as much as I wanted ,Although I never did as I was never hungry,That was the good thing about this diet.On the down side you are limited to what you can eat and it is hard to prepare food to take to work as in sarnies coz no carbs are allowed.
