Not sure, but according to the VW website, it's produced by Adrian Sutton. Found him on MySpace, and he is a musician/producer, but it doesn't mention the VW ad.....

I've emailed, and had a reply from, adrian sutton, confirming that he's the chap behind the song. He's on MySpace. Not sure whether it's available to download anywhere though.....
