advice please?

Hello,
Can anyone recommend anything to take for a sore throat. Had a cast iron bread roll for lunch and I think it has scraped the back of my throat - really hurts to swallow. Too late now to go to chemist so can anyone recommend anything to take??

Hi i agree with caz and maybe an ice lolly to help take any inflammation down keeping your throat lubricated should ease any discomfort till you get some medicine hope you feel better soon love megan

Do you not have any supermarkets that open 24 hours with a chemist ?????????

You can get Strepsils with an anesthetic that work really well and possibly get them at a garage or 24 supermarket
