How happy are you? Not just right at this moment typing away at your computer, but in general? If you were to average out happiness since the tun of the year, what wouldyou give yourself out of 10, 1 being unbearbably low, and 10 being ecstatically happy and prancing around like Julie Andrews in the Sound of Music.

dr, spock, i know that post was for megan, but i enjoyed it thanks, so many happy people on this thread !
Doctor Spock thank you thank you thank you that was lovely and it has given me a great big smile it was very thoughtful of you you are a careing person what lovely lovely people you all are you are my A.B. FRIENDS with love to you all megan
I would say i'm around 7 i have received good grades which will benefit my career, i'm pregnant with my first child (albeit an early surprise) but my only downfall is how i'll be financially etc. and will i be a good mother, will the baby be disabled and things like that. I'm going to be a single mother until the right person comes along but i'm determined to be the best mam there is!
I'm about an 8 1/2 love my job, lovely husband, fantastic adorable son and all our elderly parents are in excellent health. The 1 1/2 is for like to be thinner, richer and less tired lol!

Missy R you'll be a fab Mum and it's perfectly natural to worry about the health of your baby thankfully these fears rarely come to pass. And I promise you being a Mum is knackering, maddening and the best thing in the world!! When your baby is born it is like falling madly, deeply passionately in love - no feeling like it, ever!
Thanks hellion for that lovely comment! x

Oh they get more aggravating as they get older, but Dr Spock you surely can't dispute that the feeling that kicks in when you've just has them is the best in the world!!
And I might add that some of the happiness is hormonal in the mother's case lol! Aint nature a wonderful thing?!

missyR i think its natural to worry like Hellion said!

I know you're young and i take it your healthy so you should be fine. I'm sure this experience will make you stronger and remember that your child will always look up to you and admire you for everything you will have done and will try to do to give your baby a better life.

Its an amazing adventure which even i feel too young to experience but i'm sure neither of us will have any regrets once our little ones are here!

And i can be your virtual mummy/daddy partner (in a non lesbian way) if you have any worries, and we can swap notes! I'm sure you'll have loads of support from family and friends along the way- Oh and the AB lot are pretty
good at giving out advice if you get desperate lol.

How far along are you now btw?
