thanks for looking that out, but doesnt reaaly help. which were advertising a freephone number so you could have a free copy of 'which' computer. i ordered it weeks ago but it has not arrived. no-one answers the 'contact us' phone number on the website, well they answer it with a recorded message, but then you just hang in the queue (i gave up after 7 minutes).

I`ve never had any problems getting through to 2which" on the number given in the advert. Yes, you may have to wait especially if you call just after the ad has been aired. It is a freephone number, so it does n`t matter if you have to wait. 7 minutes is not that long a wait. I`ve been "in the queue" as long as 30 minutes befrore now.
