Many players, however, have secret menus for setting the region so you only need to know how and you can play discs from all over the world. According to the following site the machine you mentioned can be set up for any region:http://www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdhacks.php?select=Panaso

Alot of the times now you can turn your dvd player to play different dvds from around the world via your remote control. You can ghet this info on the web just type in the make and model and type in hack and it should come up with a hack. However some dvd players let you doas hack so many times and then it will lock which means whatever region code you last set it at it will stay on that.I bought a Philips dvd player last year and after searching the net i got the hack and it said it would only let you do this hack 15 times and then it would lock.So the first time i did the hack i set it at region 0 which is a universal region code.
