i get a pop up all the time on my pc although i hve a pop up blocker why?

I have a similar problem. I may be corrected but it seems to come from within the web page you have just requested and therefore part of the HTML coding. I would like this confirmed.

I don't want to seem glib but get another popup blocker.

Sorry, I forgot to say I use the Google Toolbar and Internet Explorer 7, works great.
