If i break up with somebody normally friends help. But family are the next best thing (in my opinion) or there's always people on here to chat to ya! I think maybe focusing on something else such as work or maybe children (your own if you have any) might help.

jimmonas - i know the feeling!! similar thing happened to me several years ago. The only difference being that I also had to move several hundred miles away for my own safety. I had to leave all my friends and family behind.
I concentrated on making a home and career for myself. It's taken me several years to get where I want to be but I know I did the right thing!
Even now I think of returning to my home town cos I miss my family so much.
Love the new life but just wish I could comine the past with the present and I'm not sure that is possible, even now!
All I can say is that things will get better.
I now have loads of new friends which I met through work etc.
You have to look forward and never look back.
Do what is best for yourself.
You only have one chance at life so make the most of it. Live each day one at a time.
And most importantly, have fun!!

Hi jimmonas i have always had someone to talk to you say you don't have any friends well i am sending you the BIGGEST CUDDLE and lots of love and i am sure these lovely people on the A.B. will be good friends to talk to me included remember when you go through a rough patch in life there is always something good around the corner when i was 21 my husband was killed in an accident and my daughter was only 18 months old but as time went on i puled around so you will feel better than you feel now but i am thinking of you and send you my love take care love megan
