viewing video clips which taken by mobile phone on computer
3 Answers
I took several video clips with my mobile phone's camera. I transferred those clips onto my computer but I can't view them. Can only listen to clips' sounds. According to Sony Ericsson (my mobile is Sony Ericsson W800i), to be able to view the clips on computer, computer needs to have programme i.e. Quicktime (I have this programme). Is there anybody out there knows why I can't view them although I have the programme to open them? Please help me. Thanks.

I use Quicktime myself to view the videos on my w800i and k800i phones. Have you got a fairly recent version of Quicktime, as pretty old versions of quicktime do not support 3gp files?
Also, you might just need to right click on one of your 3gp files, then choose 'Open with...'. Then highlight Quicktime, and tick the box that says 'Always use this program to open this type of file' (or word to that effect.
