Who owns the garden wall between our property and that of our neighbours? It's starting to fall down and I don't want to have to pay for it all myself!

If it's a party wall there may be joint ownership so you should check your deeds. In the absence of anything specific in the deeds the wall probably belongs to whoever has the piers on their side
