I'm trying to leave the country with my 2 children to make a better life for us and to be with my parents, but i'm having trouble with getting 1 of my childrens father's consent he is in prison he's due out in july this year for something i'd rather not say. he's not seen my child since they were 6mths old they will be 2 in june. does anyone know if there's a way i can pursue my plans? My soliitor says it could take 2-3 years to sort out but i haven't got that long.

try asking in the law section although Im sure your solicitor will be giving you the correct details for legally removing your children from the country.
