laptop desk for the bed

hi i am after a desk for my laptop that I can use in my bed..i am looking for one where you can lie in the bed and you can put it at an angle and put the laptop on it...anyone know of where you can get them in the UK..found one on ebay..but would prefer to get it here in the uk...thanks

I was looking for one of these recently and all I managed to find were the hospital type trolley tables and the ones from China on Ebay. Try searching under mobility aids etc and you may find something I didn't.

i bought one of those trays with a bean bag attached underneath (usually used for eating a TV dinners on your lap). it works perfectly, and you can angle it to the right position by shaking the beans in the direction you need....

molly, i got mine from woolworths last year,it cost about �5.00. Also i forgot to say, the main advantage is the polystrene beans insulate from the heat given off by the laptop (not an issue in winter, but trust me, a god send during hot summers)!!

The beanbags trays that you are talking about made especially for laptops are on sale in Ikea, It was only the other day that I was looking at one.

if your looking for a laptop tray, i dont know where you live, but if you have a home bargins near by (theres like a million in liverpool- well not quite, but there like everywhere here) they have food trays, with the bean bags in for �3.99 and theve had them in for like the past year.
