my one's are hotter than the indians .
I usually make about 5 - 6 portions out of this .

12 red chillies ( with seeds )
2 - 3 teaspoons dried chillie flakes
2 teaspoons of chillie powder
about 1 teaspoon each of ...
curry powder ( hot , of course )
haldi , paprika , coriander , cumin , ginger , garlic powder

1lb onions , half a dozen crushed peppercorns & cloves about 1/3rd of bottle of tabasco , and 1 tin tomato's .

cook on low heat for about 1 hour , add browned meat or chicken half way through

you all know the order to add each ingredient , so give it a go .

If you have any recipes for hotter one's please let me know ...............

The question is why ?

Surely that's so hot that you can't actually taste the food. Why don't you just eat raw Granny's bonnets ?
