Gandalf (As in Galdalf the White)

or Sauraman (As in Sauraman the White)

5punky (A creamy, slightly salty substance from willies)

Jaws (A great White)

Joesph (A White Sheppherd, Jesus's dad)

Boris (A White German)

Adolf, Schmacher, Klinsmann, Mozart, Amadeus, (AS above)

Bugner (Boxer, called The Great White Hope)

Charlie (cockney for cocaine, AKA White)

Polar (Because it looks like a Polar bear)

Bowie (Because David Bowie was The Thin White Duke and Duke is too common)
Maybe you'll find something here

http://www.behindthename.com/

Plenty to choose from!
Lassie.
Barlow (Because Ken Barlow looks like blonde dog)

Johnson (Because Boris Johnson looks like a puppy and I have said Boris for the german bit)

Mr White (From Resevori Dogs, but originally from The Taking of Pelham 123)

AL B (Because AL B is short for Albino)

Q (From James Bond, and it will save you a few pence on engraving his name on a dog tag i.e Q)

Callaghan (Because Dirty Harry is/was great)
So you don't fancy Nanook or Thorn? you surprise me ;o)
Jordan or Jodie
jtL, you brighten my day up ,or is it that i just need to put the pooter down and go and do somethin else...lol
Bobsnatch!
How about "Stanzi"? It is the affectionate name given to his wife, Constance, by Wolfgang in the movie "Amadeus". So, you have a German/Austrian sounding name which is related to a movie, and implies affection.
That is deep, stewey.
Hi, Joe, how are you? Yes, you would have to pronounce it deep too, as in "Schtonzi" in order to get rid of the "Stan" sound which is not really feminine is it?...........After all this work I hope lostboy likes it!........cheers.
I have just read the posters first line and realise the puppy is infact a b!tch.

How silly do I feel now after my exhaustive efforts were primarily affiliated to the male?

The only names I can therefore reasonably conjure up are

Lilet or Tampon

Or on a movie theme "Hedra" as she was "A Single White Female"

What about PB ( polar bear )

Or just Bear, I like that name.
And I adore white alsatians, good choice there !
I once new one called Shere Khan ( khan for short )
