Disappearing answers

I've Win98Se and on the Help section, on the right hand pane, where there's options, i click one, go to the bottom and click Next and everything in that pane disappears. Anyone got any ideas?

Not a clue as to why its happeining, It may be a virus. If you have your detect and repair disk try that, It may re install it for you. OR see www.windows.com for more infomatoion and a download. Regards,
