As a software developer with an MSDN subscription, i have the new Windows Vista Beta from Microsoft. Apart from looking AMAZING, does anyone else out there have any opinions?

Sort it out before it gets released.

it looks pretty cool, but a lot of it is just a new look. Not sure why I should upgrade from XP.

Though I think you should read discussions over at channel9, where more people will be able to give good constructive comments.

Not previewed it yet, but from reports there's a lot missing from what they originally promised.

Maybe it'll be ready in a couple of years time.

It'll also pose some interesting challenges to us developers with WinFX (yet another layer to the windows API....).

We won't be rushing out to use it on our systems!
