Sky 'See Speak Surf' package

Hi, has anyone bought this package which is �26 a month and includes free evening and weekend calls, broadband and sky tv with a choice of channel mixes? I have just moved and would like to do this but someone has told me that because it it through a BT line you have to dial a prefix before every call so it reroutes it through the sky network. Is this correct?

Anyone who as bought this package, what do you think?

According to Sky's website, you don't need to dial a prefix before making a call.

I saw it advertised on TV about 1/2 hour ago and thought it was good value but I didn't realise I'd still be paying BT �11 per month line rental so it will cost me �37 not �26!

previously about 5 years ago if u took up the offer sky had to do with a phone u had to dial a prefix, but im not sure about now.

CheekyChops, there is a second option where you pay �15 for the package and �11 line rental on top of that. This package is for 2mb broadband rather than 8mb and you get a choice of 2 mixes of sky channels, ie Variety, Music, Childrens channels, News & Docs etc. This is the one we are looking at.

That one sounds good Kimbles, I pay �14.99 for broadband plus �11 for BT line rental at the moment so am paying �26 with no free TV channels!

I might have to investigate further...
